If you don't like to go to the gym but still want to be fit,loose some pounds or just tone and firm your body,you can try it with these two DVDs.The first one is the '10 Minute Solution' and the second one is 'Fabulously Fit Moms'.


This is my favorite.This DVD is best when you just want to tone and firm your body.
It comes with a Pilates band and the exercises are very easy to do.After a few times you will probably memorize the ones that you need the most and you won't need to watch the DVD anymore.They are very easy to do, and after a short period of time you will already see a difference.
There are five different workouts:Pilates for upper or lower body,Pilates for abs,flexibility or the total body Pilates.You can split these routines or do them all together.
Ten minutes really do make a difference.


If you want to loose some pounds and if you like an energetic workout that will really make you sweat,then this DVD is perfect for you.

You only need to exercise 30 minutes a day and and you will loose pounds and tighten your body.The equipment needed is: 3-5 hand weights and a mat.
