Sometimes you might feel like nothing is going the way you planned ,you don't know how to deal with a certain problem or problems and it seems as if it's impossible to stay positive.

Here are some tips on how to get trough the negative times and how to stay focused on the positive things in life.

  • Talk to someone you trust. It's always good to get things of your chest,it will make you feel a lot better once you've shared your problem with someone. 
  • Try to avoid negative people. Be around people who make you feel good . 
  • Listen to songs that make you feel happy. There's nothing like music to relieve the soul and uplift it (Mickey Hart).
  • Remember that everything happens for a reason and sometimes good things can come out of bad situations. 
  • Try to help other people or do good things.Doing good deeds will always make you feel better. 
  • Never give up. When it gets dark that doesn't mean that there is no sun,it is still there but you just have to wait for it to come out. A problem will get solved eventually, you just have to be patient and wait for your time to shine. 
  • The best things in life happen when you least expect them to, just be patient.
