Sometimes you might feel like nothing is going the way you planned ,you don't know how to deal with a certain problem or problems and it seems as if it's impossible to stay positive.
- Talk to someone you trust. It's always good to get things of your chest,it will make you feel a lot better once you've shared your problem with someone.
- Try to avoid negative people. Be around people who make you feel good .
- Listen to songs that make you feel happy. There's nothing like music to relieve the soul and uplift it (Mickey Hart).
- Remember that everything happens for a reason and sometimes good things can come out of bad situations.
- Try to help other people or do good things.Doing good deeds will always make you feel better.
- Never give up. When it gets dark that doesn't mean that there is no sun,it is still there but you just have to wait for it to come out. A problem will get solved eventually, you just have to be patient and wait for your time to shine.
- The best things in life happen when you least expect them to, just be patient.
